I received an email the other day from the CSA Innovation Network, an organization that provides programs, resources, and tools for CSA farms and farmers. They had put together a three-part series of Youtube videos with a recipe creator and blogger to help CSA members make the most of their CSA boxes each week. With recipes, tips, and tricks, these recordings are a great way for new and old members alike to gain new ideas for the bounty of farm veggies!
I also gathered up a few other resources that might be helpful for organizing your weekly bag, storing your veggies so they last as long as possible, and planning out your cooking for the week.
The following three links are for the recordings from the CSA Innovation Network.
Here are a few more links to blogs and blog posts that have helpful tips and strategies for CSA members.
The last link is an article from Food and Wine on how to best store any vegetable to make it last as long as possible!
And as always, reach out if you ever have a question about a particular vegetable, how to cook something, or the best way to store it and we will do our best to get you an answer!
